At Trilby Misso we aim to read all applications within the 36 hours of application however if you do not hear back from us in this period, please contact us for more information. Please be patient as we do receive a high number of applications per day. If your resume successfully matches the skills and experience we are looking for, we will be in touch to arrange an interview. - What is your interview process?
If you have been invited to attend an interview with Trilby Misso Lawyers, you will meet with the Department Manager or Team Leader responsible for the position as well as a representative from the HR Department. We normally conduct 1 or 2 formal interviews and will then upon your permission, we will contact at least 2 references to confirm your previous experiences. If you would like a more detailed explaination on our recruitment process please contact HR directly. - How many staff does Trilby Misso Lawyers employ?

At Trilby Misso Lawyers, all staff members are offered numerous opportunities to participate in training each year. Training is derived from both the employee’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as from areas applicable to the Firm as a whole. Training therefore consists of job specific training as well as firm-wide training. We believe that while firm-wide training is compulsory, job specific training is voluntary. Employees are therefore encouraged to take control of their own professional development. - Is there a graduate program?
No, unfortunately Trilby Misso Lawyers do not have a strict graduate program. We encourage law students to work for us full time whilst they are completing their studies part time. To make studying and working easier we have a substantial Educational Assistance Policy. From this large number of highly skilled current employees we have been able to promote from within to fill any graduate positions we may have available.
