Community Spirit

Community Spirit

The TML Community Spirit Program is in its third year, with a continued focus on providing funding for charities and not-for-profit organisations that share our vision of helping disadvantaged Queenslanders. The goal each year is to create a stronger community presence, both internal and external through our ongoing relationship with our Community Spirit partners. Employees are encouraged to participate in the program through events, donations and activities.

Organisations we have assisted include:

Paraplegic Benefit Fund yal Children's Hospital Foundation Montrose Access

YoungCare Vision Australia Breast Cancer Foundation

Leukaemia Foundation Brain Injury Association of Queensland Kid Safe

And here are some photos of our staff making a difference:

Inspiration Speaker Series
TML holds quarterly lunches for our staff and special guests where we invite inspirational speakers to present and inspire. These lunches have proved to be an internal success and the speakers touch the lives of our staff members.
