Trilby Misso Lawyers has a unique company culture. Being a high performance Firm, we have an expectation that our employees will work hard so that we are able to maintain our exceptional service standards. To demonstrate our appreciation for their efforts, we have created a culture focused on flexibility and understanding where a work/life balance is highly encouraged.

  • Open Door Policy – Our Open Door Policy enables any staff member at any time to speak to a member of our Senior Management Team. Additionally, the HR Department are always available for one-on-one meetings about any topic.  
  • Casual Fridays – We have casual dress Friday every Friday for all staff. 
  • WHAM  Program (Wellness, Happiness & Money) – The WHAM Program commenced in 2008 and provides a range of benefits to all staff to help achieve their goals. These benefits may include yoga, personal training and dance classes, and a portion of the cost is subsidised by TML.
  • Quarterly  Updates  – We have quarterly updates organised by the Firm to ensure that all staff are kept informed of the firm’s strategic plans.
  • Fun Committee – The TML Fun Committee have organised a yearly schedule of fun that includes a Mid and End of Year Party, Firm Drinks and Family Fun Days.

  • Volunteering  Leave -  Trilby Misso Lawyers recognises the importance of volunteer programs that assist not-for-profit community organisations. We highly value the community within which we work and therefore wish to encourage our employees to ‘give back’. To encourage employee participation in volunteer programs, all staff members are entitled to a period of 2 days leave with pay per calendar year.
