At Trilby Misso Lawyers all staff members are offered numerous opportunities to participate in training each year.

Training is derived from both the employee’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as from areas applicable to the Firm as a whole. Training therefore consists of job specific training as well as firm-wide training.

We believe that while firm-wide training is compulsory, job specific training is voluntary. Employees are therefore encouraged to take control of their own professional development.

We have developed our own unique career development program – Talent Path. This program enables all legal support staff to understand what skills and experience they need to be promoted. This is an objective process that enables legal support staff to manage their own career development with the assistance of training by the Firm.
